2. Which data we process
- Contact details you provide to us yourself, such as your name and email address.
- The content of your messages to us.
- In the event of a partnership: data required for the agreement and payouts, such as address details, date of birth, identity verification (age verification) and bank details.
- Technical data about your visit, such as your IP address and browser type, in log files.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Contacting you and answering your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest or your consent.
- Performing our agreement, including profile management and payouts. Legal basis: performance of the agreement.
- Complying with legal obligations, such as tax retention requirements and age verification. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- Securing and improving our website. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. Retention periods
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. We keep contact requests for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact. We keep administrative and tax data for 7 years, in line with the statutory retention obligation.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties necessary for our services, such as our hosting provider, email provider, accountant and payment service provider. Where required, we enter into data processing agreements with these parties. Any transfer outside the EEA takes place only with appropriate safeguards.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
